Adilson citou, como exemplo, o fato da compra de R$ 300 mil em g\u00eaneros aliment\u00edcios, adquiridos em uma empresa no bairro Santos Dumont, em Aracaju.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNa contram\u00e3o de ajudar o com\u00e9rcio local, a Prefeitura comprou g\u00eaneros de uma empresa de Aracaju, por meio de uma dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o. Mesmo sendo com legalidade, eles escolhem onde v\u00e3o comprar; e por meio dos decretos 10\/2020 e 11\/2020 j\u00e1 s\u00e3o mais de R$ 300 mil adquiridos em alimentos. Por que n\u00e3o comprar, j\u00e1 que a Prefeitura pode escolher por ser situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia, no munic\u00edpio de S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o?\u201c, questiona Adilson J\u00fanior.<\/p>\n<p>O decreto de estado de calamidade promove flexibiliza\u00e7\u00f5es e possibilita dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00f5es, o que permitiria que a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o investir o dinheiro no pr\u00f3prio munic\u00edpio. \u201cO desemprego, que j\u00e1 era grande, ficou maior com a pandemia do Covid-19 e a necessidade de isolamento social, com o fechamento do com\u00e9rcio. Temos empresas que podem atender essa demanda, com legalidade e pre\u00e7o justo.
