Participaram da sess\u00e3o a conselheira Susana Azevedo e o conselheiro Luis Alberto Meneses, o conselheiro substituto Rafael Fons\u00eaca e o procurador S\u00e9rgio Monte Alegre, representante do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas (MPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os conselheiros julgaram processo de relat\u00f3rio de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o realizada&nbsp;na Prefeitura de Ros\u00e1rio do Catete, em 2014, na gest\u00e3o de Jos\u00e9 La\u00e9rcio Passos J\u00fanior. No relat\u00f3rio, foram identificadas falhas com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a royalties, licita\u00e7\u00f5es, conv\u00eanios e processos n\u00e3o enviados ao sistema de auditoria, que resultaram em irregularidade com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de multa de R$2 mil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro relat\u00f3rio, realizado na C\u00e2mara Municipal de Japaratuba, gest\u00e3o de Ronaldo dos Santos \u2013 de janeiro a outubro de 2018, tratou de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o provocada por den\u00fancia na imprensa a respeito de suposto excesso no pagamento de di\u00e1rias para vereadores. Os conselheiros decidiram pela regularidade com ressalvas do processo e determina\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os demais processos em pauta tratam de aposentadorias, pens\u00f5es e revis\u00f5es de proventos oriundos do Sergipeprevid\u00eancia e do Instituto de Previd\u00eancia, aposentadoria e pens\u00f5es de Ilha das Flores.
