Essas liga\u00e7\u00f5es, muitas vezes em momentos incovenientes, podem ter seus dias contados. Isso porque o Projeto de Lei 1226\/2021, do deputado federal F\u00e1bio Henrique (PDT\/SE), estabelece medidas para coibir a importuna\u00e7\u00e3o de consumidores por chamadas publicit\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO projeto de lei que apresentei altera o C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor e impede esse tipo de liga\u00e7\u00e3o. Se qualquer empresa quiser falar com voc\u00ea, ter\u00e1 de enviar um SMS ou mensagem no whatsapp informando o assunto e o cliente \u00e9 quem retorna a liga\u00e7\u00e3o se for de seu interesse\u201d, explicou o deputado do PDT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelo PL 1226\/2021, acrescenta-se os artigos 33-A e 33-B no C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor, ficando vedado a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de publicidade por meio telef\u00f4nico, mensagem eletr\u00f4nica ou diretamente ao endere\u00e7o residencial ou comercial do consumidor. Bem como as institui\u00e7\u00f5es leg\u00edtimas tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e3o criar listas de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o de chamadas publicit\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e1bio Henrique lembra tamb\u00e9m que em grande parte as liga\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o feitas \u00e0s pessoas erradas. \u201cEles ligam e a pessoas que eles procuram n\u00e3o s\u00e3o s\u00e3o aquelas que atendem ao telefone.
