No \u00faltimo domingo (7), a Justi\u00e7a Federal aprovou em car\u00e1ter liminar as reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es do Sintufs quanto ao fornecimento obrigat\u00f3rio de Equipamentos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Individual (EPI) nos Hospitais Universit\u00e1rios de Aracaju e Lagarto, testagem dos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras e suspens\u00e3o da obrigatoriedade do ponto biom\u00e9trico.<\/p>\n<p>A liminar, concedida pelo juiz federal Edmilson da Silva Pimenta, \u00e9 fruto de A\u00e7\u00e3o Civil P\u00fablica (ACP) impetrada pelo Sintufs no final de maio. A decis\u00e3o prev\u00ea uma s\u00e9rie de medidas destinadas a proteger a sa\u00fade e a vida de trabalhadoras, trabalhadores, residentes e usu\u00e1rios dos servi\u00e7os dos HU\u00b4s, a serem tomadas de imediato tanto pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) quanto pela Empresa Brasileira de Servi\u00e7os Hospitalares (Ebserh). Diariamente, eles arriscam suas vidas para cuidar das nossas. A pandemia certamente ir\u00e1 passar.
