O valor estimado dos produtos \u00e9 de R$ 2 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O trabalho envolveu quase 30 profissionais, entre auditores, policiais militares e rodovi\u00e1rios federais. Ap\u00f3s um minucioso trabalho de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a equipe conseguiu identificar os ve\u00edculos que eram usados e montou uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de intelig\u00eancia. Os profissionais acompanharam desde a sa\u00edda dos ve\u00edculos de Aracaju at\u00e9 o regresso \u00e0s cidades pernambucanas durante o final de semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao adentrar em territ\u00f3rio sergipano, os transportadores foram abordados e conduzidos para a Central de Comandos com o objetivo de averiguar a exist\u00eancia dos documentos fiscais. Os auditores da Ger\u00eancia de Tr\u00e2nsito de Mercadorias (Gerat) detectaram ent\u00e3o que toda a carga estava sendo transportada sem nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mercadorias foram retidas para a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e c\u00e1lculo do Imposto sobre Circula\u00e7\u00e3o de Mercadorias e Servi\u00e7os (ICMS) a ser recolhido. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 lavrado um auto de infra\u00e7\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que o transporte irregular de mercadorias se configura como crime contra a ordem tribut\u00e1ria nos termos da Lei 8137\/90.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO nosso objetivo em opera\u00e7\u00f5es como essa \u00e9 combater a sonega\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal e a concorr\u00eancia desleal.
